Samila Mohseni is a Raleigh-area real estate agent and REALTOR® with more than two decades of local experience. Since 2002, she has worked across residential real estate, commercial real estate, investment properties, and property management, giving her a broad understanding of the market and the different needs buyers, sellers, and investors may bring to a transaction.

Her professional background also includes more than 20 years in technology and higher education. Samila has served in executive IT roles at institutions including NC State University and Duke University, taught as an adjunct professor in NC State’s College of Management, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science along with a PhD in technology education from NC State.

In 2005, Samila expanded her business experience by co-founding AmTech Construction. Her leadership has included managing a team of 30 engineers and participating in state-level contract negotiations valued at more than $50 million. That combination of technical knowledge, business judgment, and negotiation experience informs the thoughtful, detail-oriented approach she brings to real estate.

Samila is committed to understanding each client’s goals and providing clear communication, personalized service, and informed guidance throughout the process. Outside of real estate, she enjoys fashion design, interior design, and Persian calligraphy.
