Since transitioning into real estate, Madan has completed more than 400 transactions spanning single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, land, warehouses, shopping centers, motels, and more than 500 apartment units. His experience extends across Illinois and North Carolina, including more than 20 years in the Chicago area and 21 years in the Triangle.
