Kim Blair is a dedicated real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes. A North Carolina native, Kim returned to her home state in 2016 after living in Los Angeles, Northern Virginia and Atlanta, and has called the Triangle area home for the past five years. She specializes in neighborhoods in and around Raleigh and Wake Forest with particular expertise in new home construction, first-time homebuyer education and client relocation.

Kim came to fall in love with the real estate industry following a successful career working with two of the top national homebuilders where she spent several years helping clients build and purchase new construction homes. This experience gave her in-depth knowledge of the building process from financing and timelines, to understanding the unique needs of buyers. This role, combined with her prior experience as an executive in amenity management consulting, gave her a unique perspective on the careful planning necessary to meet a client's vision and lifestyle. 

Kim is inspired by the opportunity to make meaningful connections with her clients by listening to their stories and guiding them through life’s major transitions. She claims that there is "no greater joy than helping someone realize their dream of home ownership. It is truly a gift to wake up every day knowing I have the opportunity to make a positive change in someone's life".

An outdoor enthusiast, Kim particularly loves Raleigh for its vibrant outdoor recreation opportunities including the Mountains-to-Sea Trail and Falls Lake as well as its thriving arts and music scene. Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys hiking, attending concerts, ballroom dancing and 70’s rock music.
