Jena Stephens is a dedicated REALTOR® with four years of experience and a passion for guiding clients through some of life’s most important decisions. She enjoys helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with clarity, care, and confidence, and finds particular joy in watching clients walk through a home and begin imagining the possibilities it holds.

Having lived in the Raleigh and Triangle area for the past two years, Jena appreciates the region’s beautiful natural surroundings and enjoyable weather. Her prior experience working at a title company in Arizona provided her with a strong understanding of the transactional side of real estate, allowing her to support clients with insight and attention to detail from contract to closing.

Jena is excited to be part of the Marti Hampton Team and values the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, high-performing environment. She is motivated, client-focused, and eager to build meaningful relationships through her work.

Outside of real estate, Jena enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, paddle boarding on the lake, relaxing at the beach during the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. She and her husband also enjoy riding motorcycles whenever they can.
