Holly Rucker is a Raleigh-area real estate agent and REALTOR® with Marti Hampton Real Estate. A proud North Carolina native, she brings deep knowledge of the state and a strong appreciation for the communities that make up the Triangle.

Holly specializes in helping sellers prepare, price, and position their homes for the market. Her strategic approach, local insight, and negotiation experience help clients move through the selling process with clarity and confidence. She also works with buyers searching for a home or investment property, guiding them through each step with care and close attention to their goals.

Holly has called Apex home since 2007, after spending five years in Cary and developing a lasting connection to the area’s neighborhoods and quality of life. A UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, she is actively involved in her community through Hope Community Church and the Mabopane Foundation, where she has volunteered for years and served as a board member since 2024. She also helps plan neighborhood events through her community’s social committee.

Holly and her husband are raising two teenage sons alongside their Vizsla. Outside of real estate, she enjoys Pilates, yoga, cooking, traveling, and making the most of life in the Triangle with her family.
