Before entering real estate, Derek spent 25 years with Life Time Fitness, ultimately serving as Regional Vice President for the East Coast. That leadership experience shaped his approach to service, communication, and helping people reach important goals.

After more than 18 years in the Triangle area, Derek has built strong local connections and a deep understanding of the market. He brings that knowledge, along with a genuine commitment to helping others thrive, to every real estate relationship.

Outside of work, Derek is married and the father of two college-aged children. He is also a longtime fitness enthusiast who enjoys encouraging others to reach their full potential.
