Carolanne Galardo is a native New Yorker whose heart has belonged to North Carolina since 2004. Drawn in by the southern hospitality and beautiful weather, she quickly knew this was where she wanted to plant roots. After purchasing her first home in Raleigh, she settled in Fuquay Varina in 2013, where she enjoys the charm of small-town living with city conveniences just minutes away.

Before transitioning into real estate, Carolanne worked in the financial industry helping clients secure financing for their home purchases—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the entire homebuying process. Her passion lies in guiding clients through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives: finding their dream home.

When she’s not working with buyers and sellers, Carolanne loves spending time with her family and her two dogs, Gucci and Joey. She believes there’s nothing more rewarding than the comfort of coming home at the end of the day—and she’s committed to helping her clients find that same sense of peace and joy.
