Nicki has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, both in the Triangle and Boone, NC. She has spent the last two decades involved in all aspects of real estate transactions; transaction management, office management, and working with buyers, sellers, and investors. Nicki grew up in Maine and moved to the Triangle in 2000. Her husband, Randy, was born and raised in Holly Springs and is a local high school football coach and teacher.

Nicki has worked with first-time buyers, second-home buyers, custom home builders, and many real estate scenarios in between! She loves to help people make smart decisions about buying and selling. She has also served on local and state-level boards in the Realtor community.

When not helping people with their real estate needs, she stays busy with three (mostly) grown children, granddaughter, three Labrador Retrievers, She loves sports (mostly college football - GO PACK!), the beach, reading, and music.
