Kim Smith, Finance Manager

Kim was born and raised here in Raleigh, NC. She comes from a large and loving family that supports her in everything she does, in fact her BIGGEST supporter is her step mom Marti Hampton herself. Her greatest accomplishment and where she finds the most joy is in her handsome 6 year old son. Although she is new to the real estate world and changing her previous focus of 12 years from the Dental Business Management field she is no stranger to the hard work and the determination it takes to get the job done right. She is focused and eager to learn and her #1 goal is to give 100% to the clients and fellow team members here at Remax One.  Kim is currently in the process of receiving her broker license and is excited to join the Marti Hampton team where she looks forward to learning the family business from the BEST and growing with Remax One into the future.

Lisa Gomes, Listing Coordinator

Lisa is both a listing coordinator and broker. She has a vast amount of real estate experience, starting at age 13 at her mother's real
estate/appraisal business in the Buffalo,Ny/Pa. area. She and her mother moved to Raleigh in 1998 where Lisa attended Meredith College. Her background in real estate and enthusiasm allows Lisa to give 100% to the Marti Hampton team and the clients!

Adam Walker joins the Marti Hampton Team after several years active duty in the United States Army. Mary Ammons, Listing Coordinator

Mary is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has thoroughly enjoyed working in the Triangle Real Estate Market for nearly 17 years. Prior to becoming an agent, she worked in property management for 12 years. Mary comes to the Marti Hampton Team with years of experience on the listing side of the Real Estate transaction. Her daily duties include communication to our sellers with feedback from agents who have shown their homes, as well as keeping them informed of the current market conditions in their area. She also works on creating marketing/promotional materials for each home and other various tasks to keep our listings well advertise.
